About AFRIMANSA

About AFRIMANSA

We build institutions rather than transactions.

AFRIMANSA Group originates, structures, finances, develops and manages strategic investments across Africa. The Group was established to address a specific failure in the market: commercially viable African projects routinely stall not for lack of merit but for lack of preparation, capital access and institutional relationships.

AFRIMANSA is not an advisory firm, a commodity trader or a mining company. It is an integrated platform that brings investment banking, natural resources, commodity trading, infrastructure, equipment solutions, strategic advisory and wealth management into a single institutional structure. The distinction matters commercially. Because the Group participates across the lifecycle, originating

opportunity, preparing it, financing it, developing it and trading its output; it carries risk alongside its partners

rather than advising from the sidelines. Where the commercial case supports it, AFRIMANSA commits its own capital and contracts in its own name.

Institutional standards

Seven principles
govern every decision.

Integrity, sustainable value creation, innovation, partnership, institutional thinking, execution and responsible stewardship shape every investment, partnership and decision.

01

Integrity before profit

No commercial opportunity justifies unethical conduct.

02

Sustainable value creation

Commercial returns should contribute to broader economic development.

03

Innovation

We continuously improve methodologies, structures and operating systems.

04

Partnership before transaction

We pursue enduring strategic partnerships rather than isolated transactions.

05

Institutional thinking

Every decision should strengthen AFRIMANSA as an enduring institution.

06

Excellence through execution

Ideas possess value only when professionally executed.
